Ivan Raña, deportista de élite y uno de los más importantes triatletas del país, pionero de esta especialidad en España y ganador de tres medallas en el Campeonato Mundial de Triatlón.
El próximo 10 de noviembre del 2017, tendremos el placer de contar con él, por primera vez en la isla de Tenerife. En este evento narrará su experiencia como deportista de alto rendimiento. Además de tratar diversos temas como alimentación, metodología y otros aspectos importantes a la hora de planificar el entrenamiento. Su ponencia entre charla, turno de preguntas y exposición de vídeos, tendrá una duración de 2 horas. Tras su charla, realizaremos una firma de libros.
El evento se realizará en el Salón de Actos de CajaSiete (Av. Manuel Hermoso Rojas, 8 - Santa Cruz de Tenerife).
